Push Those Daisies

One of the worst things about the writers’ strike was the toll it took on some freshmen series. Luckily, “Pushing Daisies” prevailed and will be beginning it’s second season on October 1st at 8pm EST. The huge amount of Emmy nominations for the show are just more evidence of the amazing success of the show’s first season, which will be available on September 16 on Amazon for only $18.99 if you pre-order. Below is a list of the bazillion Emmy nominations for the show. Enjoy!

Remember, the Primetime Emmy Awards air Sunday September 21st!

Reasons

TheTvAddict.com just released a Season in Review blog. Pushing Daisies was mentioned.

Reason #45 To Invest In A High-Definition TV: As if PUSHING DAISIES weren’t one of the most brilliantly acted and written shows on television, it also features some of the most eye-popping visuals ever to grace the medium. And if you think the pie maker’s world looks great on your boring, regular set… wait until you see him in high def.
